Delores A. Hardwick, MBA

Arthritis Foundation - Executive Director, Central West Region

Delores A. Hardwick Haynes is currently in the role of Executive Director for the Arthritis Foundation in the Central West Region. She has been working as a leader in the nonprofit industry for over 16 years, with a strong background in advocating for and serving underserved populations. Delores has a passion for working in the community and striving to help others change the trajectory of their lives. She believes in building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in order to make the biggest impact within the community. She has her MBA in Global Fashion Merchandising & Management, and hopes to start her own nonprofit one day, providing mentorship to youth, especially of color, in the creative industry. She is married to the love of her life, Bryan, and spends her free time traveling, reading, and caring for her dog Sasha.

Jazzmin McKay, MPH

Arthritis Foundation - Senior Director DEI Programming & Community Impact

Jazzmin has been working at the Arthritis Foundation for 17 years in various community engagement and development roles. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programming and Community Impact. Her main objective is to empower arthritis communities across the country and enhance their health outcomes. Jazzmin holds a Master's in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Jamie NicoleĀ serves as the Executive Director of the AIP BIPOC Network. As a holistic health coach, life coach, fitness instructor, and health & wellness motivational speaker, Jamie brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

As the founder and CEO of The Natural HEALing Coach, Jamie is on a mission to educate women with autoimmune diseases about living an AIP lifestyle. Beyond that, she is dedicated to breaking down the inequities that exist in the AIP BIPOC community, serving as barriers to the successful implementation of AIP.

In her one-on-one and group health coaching programs, Jamie empowers clients to identify triggers for their symptoms, value their choices, and take control of their bodies. Her focus on Healthy Eating and Active Living helps clients achieve freedom and balance in their lives.
